This is a delicious addition to my breakfast every morning. I like the earthy taste it infuses into my oatmeal, far better than the sweetness of the cane sugar I used before. I'm glad I liked it upon first trying this because I never had it before and read more... I like trying new things. And that's the only downside to buying such a large bag of something I've never tried before. It would have been a bummer had I not liked it upon my first and second tastes. Perhaps selling smaller sized units would appeal to those of us who want to try some of these excellent additives without the fear of wasting money or product if we find we don't like it. Though, this is just a suggestion.
